1. Shipping Provider

We use Australia Post to deliver all orders within Australia. Australia Post is a trusted and reliable shipping provider, ensuring that your items are delivered safely and efficiently.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 days of placing the order.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can track your package.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $10.00 for all orders within Australia.
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout, at a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders within Australia.
  • FREE Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $150.00.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days for most areas, but may vary for regional locations.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or delays with Australia Post.

5. Order Fulfillment

GURNER Group uses Malpa 3PL as our third-party fulfillment partner to process and ship all orders. Once your order is confirmed, Malpa 3PL will take care of the picking, packing, and dispatching of your order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number from Australia Post. You can track your order on the Australia Post website or use the tracking number provided.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

8. Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with your order, such as delayed delivery or missing items, please contact us at shop@gurner.com.au or reach out to Australia Post directly with your tracking number.

9. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your delivery, and we will assist you with filing a claim with Australia Post. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that the address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. GURNER Group is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
